Important Communication Update

Students & Parents Re Text Messaging

To improve communication during the 2018/19 school year text messaging will be used in addition to email notifications.

To receive text messages your STUDENT must have a cell phone # listed on their Charms account. 

 You will not receive text messages unless this specific area on the Charms site is completed, even if cell numbers are listed elsewhere. 

If your student does not have a cell #, please list yours in the area marked "Student Cell Number".​​

The "student" contact data form is not working. This means parents can enter THEIR data (address, phone #'s, email, etc) when logged into their Charms account - but they cannot enter their student's contact info! Tech support is working on this. If you've tried to enter your student's information but been unable to do so, be assured the issue is with Charms - not with you.

Not Getting Orchestra Updates and Emails

Update your Charms contact information. Without up-to-date contact info you will miss important emails and text messages.

We're sending them... so if you're not receiving them your info is missing.
